Quality Policy

The nature of the business of ALcontrol Laboratories places particular emphasis on the quality, accuracy, safety, timeliness and cost benefits of our analytical and consultancy services. It is our primary aim to satisfy the technical expectations and requirements of our customers and to deliver the service in a timely and effective manner.

In order to achieve this aim, ALcontrol Laboratories has established and maintains an effective and efficient Quality Management System, planned in conjunction with other management functions. It is therefore the policy of ALcontrol Laboratories to achieve and maintain the highest standards of quality with in its laboratories and to ensure that testing is conducted with:-

(a) technical and commercial integrity
(b) a known level of accuracy in all tests and measurements
(c) careful observation and accurate recording.

ALcontrol Laboratories are committed to quality in the broadest sense of the word, not only in the collection of analytical data but also in the provision of associated interpretations and delivery of a timely quality service to customer’s world-wide. Consequently, the quality function is an integral part of ALcontrol Laboratories day-to-day activities and all technical / professional staff are expected to strictly adhere to the Quality Management System to ensure that the service supplied conforms to the company’s quality, contractual and legal requirements. Alcontrol Laboratories are committed to continually improving the effectiveness of the Quality Management system.
